The decision was made due to a lack of evidence to support the allegations of his involvement in match-fixing. It has been noted that 'joel' actively cooperated with the investigation, which contributed to the reasoning behind the lifting of all sanctions. As a result, the athlete will be able to return to professional activity as early as January.
